Efthymios Kostouros is an undergraduate student at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics of the University of Patras in Greece. As he undertake his thesis at Design of Machines and Machine Elements, his focus lies on the Design and physical-based Simulation Analysis of NH3 Distribution Systems for vessels. Ammonia (NH3), is a cutting-edge fuel and opens doors to a new era in maritime travel, as it holds significant potential, especially in the future of shipping. Some noticable points in his academic journey include the active participation in Patra’s Formula Student Team and an interhip on the industrial domain.
